How to Order
There are several ways to find the product you want from our stock :You can use this facility to search by product name eg. Chew or by brand name eg. Techni-Cal or by theme eg. diet by entering your key word in our search box and clicking your mouse on the "Search Our Store" button. If you select this option you will be able to view our product range which we have categorised into easy to follow groups. You can choose to browse by category by clicking on the range you wish to see and our shopping cart software will do the rest!
Once you have selected the pet product you wish to buy by clicking on the "Add to Your Basket" button you will be shown the contents of your online shopping basket. Here you may adjust quantities and choose your shipping destination.
When you select "Proceed to the Check Out" you will be asked to register your name and email address with a password. This will allow our shopping cart software to remember your delivery details for future visits. You may then key in your billing address (note that this must match your credit or debit card billing address) and your delivery address. Your address details can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us. We aim to process your order door to door in 3 working days
General Information
All orders over £60.00 will receive a 5% discount, and all orders over £100.00 will receive a 10% discount.
All orders under £18.50 are subject to a £2.95 surcharge. All orders to UK islands (i.e. Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, and Scottish Islands) and Northern Ireland are subject to a further surcharge of £10.00 per parcel. This surcharge applies to these postcodes (click for PDF). Zone 4 = Scottish Highlands & Islands. Zone 5 = Isle of Man & Northern Ireland. Zone 8 = Channel Islands. We only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
The software we use to operate the shopping cart is installed on a secure server, which means that your card details will be encrypted when they are sent to us. This will stop anyone else being able to read them. Once we have received your order we will remove your card details from our server. Credit & Debit card payments are taken on the day the order is processed.
Please make cheques payable to AJM Pet Products Ltd, and write your order number, name, address and card details on the reverse of the cheque and allow extra time for delivery. DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST. Once we receive your payment, we will advise you via email, and via our website that the transaction has gone through.
All prices on this website are up to date. Inevitably, prices and availability may change over time.
All information supplied is only used to enable us to process your order more efficiently. Under no circumstances is it passed to a third party.
We aim to achieve the above schedule on every order. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, this may not always be possible. Therefore, if you are ordering foodstuffs, always allow extra time for delivery. Always remember that the 3 day delivery schedule ONLY includes WORKING DAYS, and orders placed on a Thursday or a Friday will not be delivered until the following week.
