Returns and Refund Policy

At the petfoodwarehouse we are committed to giving you the best possible products and service.

Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, or damaged in transit then we will be pleased to arrange a collection and refund. All returns must be notified to as soon as possible and no longer than 7 days after the delivery.

In the event of a customer purchasing a wrong item by mistake from the petfoodwarehouse and through no fault of the petfoodwarehouse, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item. This is providing that the original item is returned to us unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage, the petfoodwarehouse reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
